The Concept
Using dermal fillers, we carefully refine the nasal bridge to improve profile symmetry and even out
irregularities from a side-profile perspective. Strategic placement can also support and subtly lift the
nasal tip, improving overall proportion. This treatment is often combined with Botox to enhance and
stabilize results
The Role of Botox
- Relax the depressor septi nasi muscle that can pull the nasal tip downward
- Allow the tip to appear more elevated at rest and during movement
- Subtly slim the appearance of the nostrils in select cases
Treatment Planning & Longevity
Because the nasal region is relatively immobile, results tend to be long lasting. For optimal
refinement, a touch
up session with dermal filler is often recommended
6–8 weeks
after the initial
treatment once tissues have fully settled. The nose typically does not require frequent top
ups once
the desired result is achieved
Results are visible immediately, with refinement occurring as swelling resolves and tissues adapt. A personalized plan— including recommended session spacing— is discussed in detail during

Advanced Techniques
In select cases, nasal threads may be incorporated alongside dermal fillers and Botox to further define
the nasal bridge and enhance structural support. This is determined on an individual basis during
